Today while reading an email from a PubLibber (a listserv) about the Mark Twain scholar Dr. Alan Gribben and his Huck Finn Revision, I laughed out loud and then immediately went to hit the “Like” button. But the like button wasn’t there.

I propose that all applications, email platforms, and websites include a like button or retweet option so I can share EVERYTHING.

What did I find so funny? Tom Cooper wrote, “How about this headline: ‘In the interest of correctness, all articles about Dr. Alan Gribben have been revised, replacing each occurrence of the word ‘scholar’ with the more accurate ‘wannabe’…”
