WWW Wednesdays…

Another awesome weekly event hosted by Miz B from Should Be Reading.

To play along, just answer the following three (3) questions…

• What are you currently reading?
• What did you recently finish reading?
• What do you think you’ll read next?

My answers:
What am I currently reading?
by Rosamund Lupton…first published in the UK to great reviews, it just came out last week in the US. Good so far…
The Killer Angels by Michael Shaara…instead of moving on to the next in the Song of Ice and Fire, I decided to work on one of my reading challenges. You know, those things I’ve been neglecting since March. I’m not super far into this one yet, but it’s a subject I’m interested in so we’ll see how it goes.

What did I recently finish?
The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss…Loved it. Simply awesome. I’m a little bit in love with everyone in this book. And I appreciate that it felt like an ending, even though you know there’s more coming. I didn’t feel like it just ENDED, it felt more like a chapter in Kvothe’s life closed. Can’t wait to read more…

What will I read next?
A Clash of Kings
by George R. R. Martin – So excited to keep going…
Furious Love by Sam Kashner & Nancy Schoenberger…it’s just sitting on my floor staring at me.
OR…any of these books:

Ridiculous stacks o'books

  1. Awww, these mentions of the GRR Martin books really have me thinking I should start a re-read of the series. I don’t think I’ve read the last couple.

And, yay, Rothfuss! I’ll race you to see who posts the review first 😉 Of course, you may have already beaten me to it, I haven’t checked yet.
Here is my wha wha wha Wednesday on my book buffet.
